Session & Cost

I work with adults 16yrs and above; individuals and couples.  After your first free assessment session, payment is required to book further sessions.   Refunds will always be made if you give 24hrs cancellation notice – please see full T&C.  I offer a free assessment sessions where we can talk for up to 30 minutes, giving us time to get to know each other a little and decide if we feel comfortable taking a therapeutic journey together.  Please note that during your first paid session there is a short compulsory questionnaire to complete for your safety.   Please read my terms and conditions before you pay for your first session, payment is taken as acceptance and adherence to the terms and conditions.

Online Therapy Sessions

For your online therapy session I require an email address to invite you to your session which is conducted face-to-face via Teams (a safe encrypted platform), at a pre-arranged date and time; all you have to do is follow the link I email to you.  It’s extremely simple.  It is essential to ensure that you have good internet access and privacy to talk freely without distractions.  Please read my Guide To Online Therapy ....
